David Wright

David has shot over 300 music videos and several hundred commercials, as well as many award winning short films and most recently the feature film  'Kindling' starring an ensemble cast including George Somner (Sex Education), Mia McKenna Bruce (The Witcher), Wilson Mbomio (The Witcher) and Conrad Khan (Peaky Blinders, County Lines,) Kaine Zajaz, Rory Saper and Tara Fitzgerald (release date, late 2023). Other drama includes The Cunning (Gemma Arteton), The Devil's Harmony (Patsy Ferran) and X to X (Tanya Reynolds),

Expert in digital and film formats - Arri Cameras (Alexa, Mini LF etc.), Sony (Venice system, F65 etc.), celluloid (owned ARRIFLEX 416 for 6 years, shot many projects with Panavision 35mm and ARRI 35mm cameras), Phantom (4k Flex etc. shot dozens of high speed spots including visual effects, food/drink and explosions). Also highly experienced with periscope lenses, cranes, tracking vehicles, unusual camera rigs, visual effects work (including several large scale campaigns utilising extensive green screen work) and LED screens. Has lit many large scale locations and studio sets during his career.
